Speak Life

When shadows gather round our days

And heavy clouds remain,

God calls His people to arise

And speak beyond the pain.

For words are seeds the Spirit sows

Into the waiting ground;

What once was dry and lifeless soil

Can bloom when faith is found.

So let our voices carry light

Where darkness tries to stay,

Declaring dawn will surely come

Though night delays the day.

Speak joy where sorrow fills the air,

Where weary hearts have cried;

For God still breathes His healing peace

Where broken dreams reside.

Speak hope where empty roads appear

And faith seems hard to see;

For every promise God has made

Still holds eternity.

Let blessings rise upon our lips

Like rivers from above,

For every word that honors Christ

Is planted deep in love.

We speak of mercy yet unseen,

Of grace that still remains;

Of strength that grows within the storm

And beauty born from pain.

So bless your life and bless the world—

Let faith become your voice;

For when we speak the truth of God,

Even the dark rejoices.

And light will answer every word

That heaven’s children say;

For hope is born in faithful speech

That leads the heart to pray.
